"Der Check-in erfolgt selber via Screen, die Reception ist nicht besetzt, das funktioniert soweit gut. Jedoch war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Room was clean and had everything you’d need in a tourist class hotel and more: comfortable bed, desk and chair, separate chair and coffee table, free WiFi, and in-room coffee. Gracious front-desk staff, great location near the old town, and even a free upgrade because the hotel wasn’t full. A great value in a tourist hotel! Would stay there again! "
