"Elevator was broken, my child was using a knee scooter for a sprained ankle so this was a definite pain. I can't imagine those is who needed with wheelchair users. The water in the shower ran hot to cold, it was opposite. 3 towels in out 6 person room. Staff was nice, but it seemed under staffed for the evenings and checkout morning. Breakfast was meh one day, better the next. Space was lacking in the breakfast lobby area = crowded and often ran out of items. "

"Carpets have mold smells and the ceilings show a history of leaking and lack of repairs. A/C extremely loud and not controllable. "
