"Saturday Evening dining/ bartending staff was a bit in the rude side. Dining staff was talking on the phone with an ear buds in, complaining out loud. Bartender told our special needs son, who was patiently waiting, that he couldn’t sit at the bar in a chair, while we were waiting for them to finish serving drinks to others and grab us plastic utensils to eat our food. It’s not like we were there waiting for drinks and staying with our children. We were waiting on him. Our son was not harming anyone, he was waiting. Not everyone can stand and wait on others after an active day. Being certitud"

"The absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel is under major renovation, so large amounts of debris and construction material were strewn everywhere in the lobby, stairs, and hallways. In my room, there were stains or other filth on the carpet, flooring, bed linens, and even the walls. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to turn off, and the meager lighting went out after the first day; most of the light switches in the main part of the room were nonfunctional. The TV remote was missing its back, so the batteries kept falling out. For my 5-day stay, there was no cleaning service of the room, so the coffee supply ran out after 2 days. The breakfast set-up had a Belgian waffle maker, but no syrup or other toppings for the waffles; the coffee tasted like water."
