"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "The main bathroom was dirty and the shower drain wasn’t working properly. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom before use, and contact the property owner about the shower drain which got fixed quickly. The house had a lot of spiders and dust in every room. House had a old moldy smell."
