Carol, I'm sorry to hear that you had a less than great experience at the hotel. I'll have engineering look into your comments. It is not typical for us as for the month our overall guest stay score is 97%. We received the Hilton Award of Excellence the last 2 years running for being in the top 5% of all the 1380 Hampton Hotels based on a Total Quality score based on Hilton quality inspections and Guest experience. I hope that the next time you travel to Lexington you give us another chance to earn your busness.

Crystal, I am sorry about your experience, looking back at the reservation process it appears that the reservation was made on March 5th and somehow showed canceled that same day just moments later. I believe this is why we didn't have it in our system. Your name never even made it into the front desk system. I am not sure what went wrong but we would have loved to be able to accommodate you.
