The room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite! Staff was wonderful and eager to please. We loved the lounge but wished there was more control over rowdy and noisy children who were highly disruptive. We’re staying at a Hyatt in Taipei now and there are frequent signs which prohibit children running, screaming or playing.

This would be our 5th or 6th time staying at Silk Place Tainan. We keep coming back here everytime we visit Tainan due to cleanliness and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and delicious Buffett breakfast. This time my kids also used the pool which was nicely heated. It is also located close to a major department store. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Tainan and I know we will be back again in the future.

Clean room, great staff, nice pool. It’s my third year returning to Silks Place Tainan and I plan to return again next year. The facilities are well maintained and service is top notch. I feel at home and also welcomed.
