"Gracious and accommodating staff. Fantastic location - Easy airport access via subway or ride service. A couple (to a few) mins walk to so many sites / areas, the waterfront, markets, dining / bars - just about everything you want to see. Clean, comfortable, modern room and surprisingly spacious for boutique."

"The staff and facilities at The Dagny are top notch. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. Every staff member we met had customer service top of mind. When they discovered that my wife and I were there for our anniversary they made sure we got a suite with a view. The doorman at our day of departure, went out of his way to tell us where and how to use the train to get to the airport. Thank you Dagny staff!"

"Nice smart hotel in a good location but we had a bill much larger than expected for extras, the staff would not explain what it was for and said they could not print out a bill at that time due to ‘issues’ with their system. We had to leave promptly and since they had our card details we got charged anyway. Not happy and would not recommend at all."

"While the stay was safe and the environment clean. The beds are very uncomfortable and the food is subpar And the hotel is across the street from a children's hospital. It was very sad to see the poor souls sick and I felt helpless. Other then offer prayers to them their families and the doctors who take care of them. I was on an assignment for a special occasion and this stay was different and took me out of my element as I could only focus on the visual of cancer patients. One day we will have a cure for all cancer. So children can enjoy their lives and parents can see their kids grow. God bless. ."
