It was the most amazing inn. Given, it was the first we have been in, while doing a US road trip, having flown from Europe. The hosts are amazing and easygoing and the breakfast is to die for. Amazing experience overall!

This was our second stay at Rose Hill Inn. The Inn is a quiet and convenient place to stay when in Versailles. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. The location is great for walking to the Amsden Bourbon Bar and places to eat. And, it is close to Woodford Reserve and Keeneland. Great place to stay.

Excellent B & B

The inn is beautiful, and so well decorated and kept up! The owners are very friendly and kind, and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. It was nice to have choices in terms of breakfast, and it was very good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

We met one of the hosts upon arrival and she was amazing! Kind and informative about the area with great recommendations. I love the unique stay here, the beautiful staircase and vintage style (yet still modern and beautiful) rooms. The shower is immaculate! And the fridge in the room is retro and perfect. I am so grateful we chose to stay here instead of a huge corporate hotel. I love niche spaces like this. Thank you Rose Hill Inn! The fresh roses on the table are the sweetest touch

Rose Hill Inn was pleasant the décor is an updated yet antique feel. The room was sweet, we loved the amenities including the tiny kitchen, fridge and even dinnerware. The owners were accommodating and full of great information.
