"Everything was great! Breakfast was a little confusing in the way it worked because they serve you the buffet and it didn’t get as cold as I liked in the rooms but those were minor things. The staff was really nice and helpful. "

"There was initially an issue with our reservation. I'm not sure if it was because of expedia or the hotels system. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating to this error. Shoutout to Amy! She helped resolve this issue with ease!"

"My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail when turning over the rooms."
