"Breakfast was excellent - so much variety! And Mahogany at the front desk was super helpful, and so kind, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very welcomed as a guest, and explained everything I needed to know for my stay. The property itself is older, and yes, could use some renovations and updating, but even as is, it provides a very comfortable stay. All the hardworking hotel staff are awesome, From the front desk, to the maintenance staff workers, and the kitchen staff who work tirelessly to put on a fantastic breakfast, to the room maids, they all deserve praise for making guests enjoy their stay while in San Diego."

"That second building were we stay has a beautiful view but needs renovation asap. Old and doesn’t feel immaculate- elevators old. Floor mat old etc"

"Smelled terrible! There was an air filter above the sink that hadn’t been changed in over a year. The water smelled like throw up! The only thing I’d go back for was the cookies."

"I was charge $10.00 for parking. ???? The hair dryer doesn't work, my wife try to use the phone to call the front desk, the phone doesn't work, I walk to the front desk and ask for another hair dryer, the lady told me, will be send to my room, never happen. "

"Staff was very nice. Open 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room had good space (we had a Lanai room) so some chairs in the front to sit. "
