8.8/10 Excellent! (868 reviews)
Better navigate to your destinations carefully, toward Frankfurt Hbf, some streets and alleys are not pleasant. The Old Town excursion should be throughly mapped out before going. Otherewise you unintentionally end up going through some unpleasant experiences.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
Location is close to train station but in a sketchy area. Room had bed bugs. We were given another room which also had bed bugs and were not comfotable staying at this property, we had to find another hotel at 2am. Staff was helpful but couldn’t speak english which made it difficult during the situation. We did receive a refund from the hotel as expedia pushed for one. Would not recommend staying here

7.2/10 Good! (543 reviews)
"Room hygiene was very very poor, there were already purple shampoo marks from the previous user at the corner of the bath tub, hairs remained on the bathroom wall tiles. Bed sheets and pillows had so much dust. Carpet looked very old and worn and dirty, didn’t feel confident taking our shoes off. ..."
