"Lord nelson was great. Very accommodating when my flight was cancelled. Also provided me with all the bottled water i could drink. Great location too! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Stays were good as its only for overnight to spend my daughter's bday.. The downsides.... we called couple of times to ask for towels in the pool area as I have my 2 kids with me, we waited as they keep saying they will send someone for it, but still we ended up leaving the pool area using the 1 towel I brought from our room. 2nd... kids were upset as they usually eat waffles/pancake for a breakfast in a hotel but they do not serve it. The good thing is Im glad they are accepting debit card as deposit for damages and actually goes back into your account right after the check out."
