"the hotel was excellent, the rooms are clean and brand new, stuff is very kind and helpful. just one thing-we ordered lake view room and all of the pictures at website says the rooms are with balconies. when we got the room we found out that the room is actually without balcony. when we asked the reception about this issue they said that indeed there are two rooms in the hotel that are without balcony, and that there is no guarantee to balcony. it is true also according to the website, there is...

"It was an unexpected and pleasant visit to the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcomed us. The

looked very inviting. We noticed a few grasshopper in hotel and an odor in room . Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. TVs were small and beds were comfortable. The best part was their breakfast. An assortment of tasty food, fresh juices and traditional THICK Greek yogurt with honey. We would stay there again if had the opportunity. "
