"Nice clean place, staff where friendly, room was clean and large for one person. It had a mini fridge and a Keurig machine. The shower could use a good deep clean but overall was generally clean. I would highly recommend."

"This place is gross, DO NOT stay here. Read all the other review and you can tell this place is terrible. I am surprised that there is a place like this in Burlington. I did not read any reviews before I booked this place as I thought it would be ok being that it is located in Burlington, Ontario. But man was I wrong. I stayed 1 night and got out and booked at another hotel for the rest of my stay. The bathroom had dried up spit and other brown stuff on the walls, there was a used face towel on the curtain rod, the fitted sheet had a couple rips in it. The fridge was dirty and damage all over the walls. I didn't see any bugs but I can see how there might be some around based on the conditions. I understand this is a cheap motel but the standards are very low. I recommend you spend a bit more money and some piece of mind."

"I had a pleasant stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is excellent, right by the lake, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby restaurants and walking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing experience and I would consider staying here again."

"The hotel and rooms are nicely renovated.and they look very aesthetic ! However there must be pet hair in one of the beds in our room as my child has allergies to pet hair and I had to give Anti Allergy medicine as he was getting symptoms ( luckily it is not anaphylactic) When I mentioned this at the reception in the morning, the staff was like “ may be some hair was left in bed “ . Breakfast was good ."

"Loved my hot tub in the room, bed was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was awsome, everyone was all smiles and friendly. Stayed there last year for a week, enjoyed my stay😀. And was there last week for a night. Highly recommend 👌 "

"Properly was clean . Lots of area out back with picnic tables to sit on a nice weather evening. I saw a skunk wandering by the garbage area and was told that they are a bit of an issue. Bed was comfortable rooms were updated . No Kuerig in room just a old coffee maker with average coffee. I would stay there again if working in the Burlington Oakville area"
