"The shower in the bathroom was covered in green filth. Was not usable. No one at the hotel responded to messages. Hotels.com staff attempted to intervene, but hotel management was unresponsive and unwilling to do anything. If you stay here you're on your own-- don't expect anyone to help if you have ..."
