"It is in a quiet location next to Aldi, and a superstore which is 30 seconds away. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. It was very good value. The room can get stuffy when the window is closed. It could do with a fan, or air conditioning. The tram stop is a few minutes walk. The breakfast is basic it consists of baguettes and pastries, and a selection of drinks. "

"The baseboard were dirty, theTVs and cupboards were dusty, the dishes had dried food on them, the smell in the hallway was not nice. "

"It was clean and nice room. Plenty of space. I was there for the Paris-Roubaix Challenge and the room has a lot of space for my bike. Next challenge I will definitely stay there again. "

"Excellent option for a budget hotel. The room was clean, very quiet, and completely adequate for what we needed (just a place to sleep in peace). There are no complimentary hot drinks facilities in the room or the hotel, which was a shame. The hotel is not in in nicest part of Lille but is a far enough away from the station and main street of shops to feel safe and peaceful."

"Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nice touch with the front desk staff having a sign detailing what languages they spoke. Myself and my three colleagues arrived around 11pm and checked in with zero hassle. Dropped our bags off and back to the lobby bar for a refreshing beer. Great choice and price. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We chose this location due to attending the LOSC Lille football game (hotel is a few hundred metres from stadium). On our last day, we also had the breakfast. Again, very pleasant chef and the food when it ran out was immediately replenished. Great value for money. My only minor gripe was of our party of four, one of us was on the 4th floor whilst the remaining three were on second floor. Perhaps a split 50/50 next time? In summary, great hotel which is about a ten minute walk to a choice of two metro stops. From there it’s about 15-20 minutes to city centre. "

"This room would be legally non-compliant in the UK; however, France may have different safety regulations. The third bed is on a loft (approximately 6 ft × 4 ft) built above the bathroom and can only be accessed via a ladder, which has to be retracted to allow movement on the main level. There are two beds in the main room, which are just about suitable for an average-sized person. However, space is very limited, and it’s difficult for two people to move around at the same time. One person often has to step aside to allow the other to pass."

" One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit."
