"We were there for day 1 of the tour and to look around Lille. Enjoyed the hotel - dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfasts were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. Its on the tramline and 20 mins to the centre- or 10 minutes uber . Coffee at breakfast wasn't great - but everything else was!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes.
Really bad for the expensive price!

"Great location very close to Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train stations. Very short walk to get to old town (10 minutes walk). Basic hotel, but clean, quiet and comfortable. "Great value. The staff even let us have our rooms back for a couple of hours after we’d checked out because we were on motorcycles and it started to rain very heavily when we walked outside. There is a de wnt biker pub within a few minutes walk too. Perfect!"
"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund as they were fed up. It is surprising looking at the past reviews - maybe this is a recent problem."
