"I had a great experience at this hotel back when I was there towards the end of November 2025. The establishment is in great condition, and clean They have an amazing staff make you feel welcome, and are attentive. I want to thank the butlers Janray and Don, Veron from the lobby, the concierges DJ (travel support), Jacilin, Reynaldo, Aniano, Monique, Cherry (tour travel coordination), Hannah (chef from executive lounge) who made and prepared delicious food, Shien and Nina from the lobby lounge, and the housekeeping team including Airene for the clean room. "I Always Love staying at Marco Polo , this is my 4 th stay and it is always good This time l went during the holidays and it was busy but still great The only problem was they shut down the kids pool and hot tub but that meant the adult pool is now full of kids"

"I don't like the curtains in the room,they should not used see through curtains the sun is soo bright in the morning can't sleep good enough especially adjusting the time zone difference in phi. And the most annoying part are they can't control their idiot guest doing Karaoke in the room in the middle of the night until dawn , all i can say is not worth it to stay here if you want to relax. They should be strict to there guest not to bring Karaokebox upon check in or they should have a guard walking around to observe and check that everything is alright especially midnight until early in the morning,not just they will check when someone will do a complain."
