However, The breakfast did not quite meet expectations, as there were fewer choices and less variety than anticipated. "

"Don’t judge this book by its exterior cover. Absolutely Clean rooms, it was so nice we stayed twice. Perfect size for short term stays and with airport shuttle very nice. Rooftop deck is very good. Second floor breakfast is good too. Found food and staff excellent. 7-11, decent mall for essentials across street and Nuat Thai for massage next door. This place works well for short terms stay. "

"Loved our stay at Dusit. Their infinity pool + beach options were definitely the highlight. There’s also enough dining options. I just wish their management would train ALL Dusit Thani staff to treat all guests with equal respect and care for all regardless of the nationality. We are a Filipino family, migrated to the US, and on vacation after almost 9 years of being away. The first night we checked in my husband went to the spa for a massage. The girl looked at him from head to toe and asked “gikan paka sa gawas sir”, “nag check in ka diri sir”. Murag di siya katuo nga naka afford mig check in. Haha! It was quite funny but definitely insulting. Another incident too the following day. Please Dusit, let’s refrain from this toxic culture of Filipinos degrading kapwa pinoy. We were from a different hotel in Cebu and grabe macompare jud nako ang contrast sa service. You have beautiful resort but the problem is from your own staff. Murag wa sila maanad naay mga Filipinos, ingon ana ilang serbisyo. We just let it go, I’ll mention it instead in my review. We’re still satisfied with our booking and experience. Hopefully your management will definitely read this. Please don’t forget Dusit, you’re still in Cebu soil, Lapu-lapu mismo. So please treat everybody fairly. All smiles jud and be compassionate and helpful. "
