Great staff Ara and RJ were the best. Clean rooms and the buffet breakfast was amazing. Great entertainment at night in Ibiza restaurants. The chocolate hour is a plus. My family enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful resort, or…was. It’s showing its age. I love the layout, with the open air lobby leading to the pool, cabanas, lawn chairs, and the beach. The pool is great, large, with built in chairs and a kiddie pool. The room was nice, with a decent balcony, a shower stall and a bath tub. The bed and oversized pillows were very comfortable. But the decor felt cheap. The room was an ice box, even when we set the thermostat to 30°c. The TV looked cheap, with its cords just hanging exposed against a plain white wall. There were repairs visible in the bathroom where outdated equipment had been removed. The iron was defective, and so was the replacement they brought. The staff were friendly and helpful, as always in the Philippines. I still feel this wasn’t a five star resort though. 3.5-4 stars for me.

Clean room. Beautiful ocean view. Delicious breakfast buffet with different selections every morning. Front desk and lobby staff were very courteous and friendly. Pool and beach are maintained daily; you can see them working hard from the balcony every morning. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel! AJ was super friendly. Hotel is nice and the staff are exception, but it’s dated. The rooms are tiny, there’s no electrical sockets in the bathroom, the shower door stopper caused us to stub our feet many times. I stayed here before in 2019 and the property hasn’t been updated or refreshed since - although there are some renovations to the beach club going on right now. The beach front is top notch. The biggest plus is the food - everything we ate was delicious.
