"The staff at the Maayo hotel was very helpful and did a great job on all aspects of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk and porters quickly helped with check in and check out and transport. The food in the two restaurants we ate in was delicious and large portions. The chefs did very well. Breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in more than 40 years of traveling.Pool was great a unique view, and staff there were great. Freindly staff, great food, excellent rooms. Would definitely recommend when staying in Cebu, the Maayo Hotel!"

"This hotel has become our second home whenever we visit Cebu City. The staff, from security to parking attendants, receptionists, housekeeping, and dining personnel, were exceptional. The service provided was top-notch. While the room may benefit from some repainting in certain areas, overall, we feel valued as clients and truly at home. Additionally, the location is excellent, with numerous dining options nearby and easy access to a mall for shopping and groceries. Thank you for the wonderful experience"

"Staff was very friendly, always greeting and making sure we had what we needed. Our room cleaning staff Maria and Xandra even wrote us a kind note to ask if there was anything extra they could do to help make our stay great. We had wonderful massages, found it easy to book off-property activities right from the hotel, and enjoyed the food and drinks, too. We especially loved the staff coming around at breakfast to offer local specialties to try. The pool is huge and beautiful. It felt like a paradise and we hope to return again soon!"
