Friendly and professional staff.

My 2 weeks stay was pleasant, the front desk, in the restaurant or meeting someone from housekeeping, all very friendly and professional. Definitely will come back, again and again. So close to everything to have fun and meet family and friends.

The hôtel is very beautiful with a friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, cosy, with a lot of space, well decorated, beds are comfortables, and yes we have the heat! It is well located with shops and cute restaurants around, and you can walk easily. We recommand this place !

Very comfortable and very friendly staff. Ended up coming in very late due to a mishap at the airport yet we were greeted kindly and got checked in quickly. Will stay here again.

My preference is smaller family owned or boutique style hotels versus the big names and the impersonal modern vibes. This spot was perfect! It is older but clean and quaint. The staff was on point. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is great with huge grocery store up the street, bank and money exchange just a few buildings over, and lots of shopping and restaurants close by for either walking or quick Uber ride.

We did not receive the VIP perks, such as the free beverage, that were part of our reservation offer. Also, we did not have bath towels in our room the first day. We had to request that they be brought to our room. Likewise, there was a problem with the bathtub not draining, so we had to request someone to come fix the problem. Considering we booked one of the property's premium rooms, these sorts of details should have been tended to without our having to bring them up. Other than the above issues, the quality of the hotel and service by the staff was adequate. The breakfast was great, though the coffee left a lot to be desired. The dining room staff was especially attentive. Perhaps the best part of this property is the location. Very central to dining, shopping, and quite walkable. The area felt safe, as well.

I like that is closer to everything, I was able to walk to restaurants, shooping and attractions. I saw a lot police present and it was good. I did not like the hotel. It look so different to the pictures. They gave us a room that has a sauna inside. I did not requested it , this room was smelly and moldy. I guess saunas smell like this. I did not complained because I was there less than 48 hours. Breakfast was good. The young lady at the breakfast room was very nice and kind.
