Ao chegarmos ao hotel, fomos informados de que nossa reserva não constava no sistema. Em razão disso, precisámos aceitar um quarto diferente do reservado originalmente, com o pagamento de uma diferença de quase cem soles, o que nos causou surpresa e desconforto.
Um tempo após o atendente achou nossa reserva, mas manteve a cobrança extra.
Além disso, chamou a atenção a quantidade e o rigor das regras impostas, como a cobrança de valores adicionais caso o hóspede leve algum alimento externo ou solicite comida por delivery, algo que consideramos excessivo.
A estrutura do quarto é bastante simples e não possui ar-condicionado. Em dias mais quentes, como o que enfrentamos, isso torna a estadia desconfortável. Há apenas um ventilador disponível, porém com potência insuficiente para amenizar o calor.
Por fim, nosso quarto estava localizado ao lado da piscina. Por volta das 22h, o som ambiente encontrava-se em volume muito alto, sendo necessário solicitar a redução. Ressaltamos, contudo, que o pedido foi prontamente atendido pela equipe.
