I paid my booking through Expedia for two nights. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that I had to pay her because Expedia had only secured the booking. Now I see that I have paid twice for the same reservation. Expedia said they have contacted the hotel and it refuses to refund me. This seems highway robbery to me!

It's does the job. The was large and nice terrace though the bathroom was incredible small and the shower had a black and amber sticky tape trying to cover a hole within the floor. Breakfast was eggs with toast and a small juice and just one coffee no refill without a charge. Be careful about them claiming taxes. Both me and my friend where charged

Pésimo servicio, instalaciones mediocres

El hotel ofrece pases de día a 25 soles (2x1), lo cual genera que todas las instalaciones estén totalmente saturadas a pesar de contar con pocas habitaciones. La comida no es buena para los precios que ofrece (120 soles por un pollo a la brasa, por ejemplo), y se demoran demasiado en atenderte (puedes esperar una hora por un plato). El desayuno tiene opciones muy reducidas y no lo reponen cuando se acaba. El restaurante cierra temprano y no ofrecen alternativas de comida pasadas las 9pm. Hay muchas mejores opciones en el área por este precio.
