The location was safe, the services were great, the front desk staff was courteous, polite and very helpful, especially Ms. Mayra, Mr. Marco and everyone who worked in that department. The staff in the dinning room was very attentive.

I stayed in Palmetto Hotel two times this 2023 , and I found many good things (friendly and supportive staff, good location, close to public transportation, malls and other attractive neighborhoods, etc). The restaurant service (breakfast and dinner) was supper, and has a lot of options at a reasonable price (not too pricey). I would suggest letting other guesses know not to make noises after 10 pm. Some of them probably come from Peru's countryside or other LATAM countries and it seems they are used to make noise or talk too loud until late evening. I would also suggest waiving the service fees that I paid in addition to the hotel regular fees. It did not make sense for me to pay those extras (unless they are part of the tips or salaries of the hotel staff). It was a grey area for me I was required to pay for these fees Thanks.

I like the customer service (very helpful and thoughtful with the guesses) . The location is closed to almost all the most important destinations in Lima. I loved the breakfast and room service. I would suggest to improve the laundry of the towels (not sure if it is the detergent used). I got a rush in certain parts of my body after using the towels. I had to apply an antifungals ointment to get rid of it.

Central location, the only thing negative is the lack of information I was charge $30 extra dollars even when I pay all the fees before going there. When I explain that fee won't apply to me since I'm peruvian ( my passport said so) I was charged anyway. I won't recommend the hotel. I won't come back obviously
