Rooms were cold and could not get any heat. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. The bar closes early and it appeared empty. You rarely see any other customer. Water in the rooms is also very expensive

Hotel is fabulous. We felt like we were the only guests. First night the bed felt a little damp but we thought that was because of the sea air. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice Luxury Hotel

Great experience; however, it is best if you speak Spanish (well). Great breakfast and extremely courteous and helpful staff. Easily walkable to museums, shopping areas, etc. Perfect if you don't want or need the amenities offered by the larger chain hotels.

Great hotel with a touch of elegance. In the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, it offers a combination of location and luxury. Well trained, the staff treats every guest with utmost courtesy. A la carte breaksfast is another value added to make your stay memorable.

Nice place, close to the golf, highend neibourhood

I've been in many many hotels in Lima, and this one has met all my requirements. The breakfast is wonderful, the neibourhood is very confortable and nice to walk by. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's small but with a very good service that will make you feel like home.

Nice office building hotel

The staff at this hotel are super nice we arrived night while APAC conference was going on so lots of security and officers on every corner in surrounding neighborhoods made it feel very safe for walking around. The hotel was clean, quite room good size both room , good toiletries the free breakfast is really good, not a Buffett you order from waiter , real 5 start serve. Yes I highly recomend
