"Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable . The AC didn’t really cool the room, so we slept with the window open. The shower had issues…we could only use the hand held shower as the rain shower couldn’t be turned on."

"The staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and sympathetic – everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. This is the only positive aspect we can mention. However, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing: Location: The location is very poor. The hotel is situated far from the city center and far from the main square, RegCaserta. There are no public transportation options nearby, which makes it difficult to get around. Air conditioning: The air conditioning did not work properly. It was set too high, and when we opened the window to let some air in, the system turned off completely. We suffered from the heat all night. Bathroom: The bathroom was outdated and very worn down. Noise at night: At 2 a.m., we were woken up by what sounded like bombings – supposedly fireworks or petards – caused by a group of young people who spent the entire day hanging around the hotel. Unfortunately, aside from the staff's kindness, this hotel offers nothing commendable. We would not recommend it."

"The couple on the main house were wonderful, I was in a rush to wash some clothes but our plane was leaving early next day and they had a washer for long stay customers and even when our stay was a day they offered to us and they told us to hang the clothes in their wires…very nice, very special, we never did it because I was scare the clothes were not going to dry up but they really make you feel like a friend"

"To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel. The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee. The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room. The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport. I would never recommend or stay here again."

"Do not expect a hotel experience. This is literally a capsule with a bed and a TV that only gets three Italian channels. The biggest issue is the noise. The doors to the washrooms are constantly opening and closing, and if other guests decide to use them throughout the night, getting a decent night's sleep becomes nearly impossible if your capsule is close to the doors. There are only two vending machines on site, and you'll need coins to use them. If you want a towel for a shower, you'll have to pay an additional €2.50, and don't expect to find shampoos or anything to wash yourself. The one major advantage is the location. It is literally a two-minute walk from the airport, making it convenient for an early flight or a short overnight stay."
