Views from the rooms are unmatched! Hearing the ocean roar is fantastic. Rooms are extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable- would stay several weeks if time allowed. We will absolutely be back ♥️

we originally reserved and paid for a room with the patio and when we got there, they had overbooked, so the first night we had to stay in a room we didn't really want. for the two nights that we were there, the hot water never worked, one of the bedroom doors actually fell off its hinges onto the ground in the middle of the night, they failed to clean the room properly with the floor still quite Sandy and garbage left in our cans. These issues were brought up to the front desk, to my surprise, they seem to not try to make anything right for us. They had plenty of opportunity which makes me think that their value for customer service is low. we highly doubt that we will stay here ever again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry your visit was less than expected. We were on only day 3 of the reopening and were experiencing many unexpected issues including booking issues which we tried to correct to the best of our ability at the time. We are working hard to correct and upgrade everything so each and every guest has a great experience. Each day, we have a better destination to offer guests visiting Lincoln City. We would love to have you give us another opportunity to welcome you as a guest to our new motel. Again, thank you for your comments.
