"Nice place! We could have chosen a different hotel, but this hotel is close enough to the “downtown” beach, an easy 10 minute walk, to avoid the packed parking lot. Great choice! Saved $150/night over a beach front hotel, no worries of our car getting broken into, or getting sandblasted in the 35mph wind yesterday. Nice, clean, grab-n-go breakfast, friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay here again!"

"We used this location to base from while we explored things we were interested in on the coast between Lincoln City & Newport. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I was amazed to learn that the rooms were remodeled 2 years ago. The room remodel seemed fresh enough to have been done this summer. "

"We stayed in a 2nd floor deluxe 2-bedroom cottage and the view was fantastic! We sat for hours watching the whale spouts. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. We had a couple of issues with the old windows and the old stove elements and the staff was super responsive and took care of things quickly and it was worth it for the charming retro experience. This is the type of beach accommodation which both of our families stayed at when we were children and it brought back wonderful memories. The unit was quiet, too - we had a family with kids next door and we barely heard them. "
