"Room wasn’t ready at 4pm and housekeepers said room was ready but when we went to enter at 7:00pm after being told to return back at 6 and the room would be ready the housekeeper still hadn’t made the beds, we had zero towels except a hand towel, I understand low staffed but if so a full refund there ..."
