"We absolutely love this place! This place was among the cheapest in the area, and was the closest to the Flume Trail and other Franconia Notch State Park attractions, so we took a chance. I cannot say enough how glad we are to have chosen this place. We were able to park just outside our room door. Our room was large, with both a dining table and a writing desk. The bathroom had a large anteroom with a big vanity. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and we all got two great nights' sleep. The TV was easy to use. Excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. While definitely a budget hotel, this place was fantastic! The man who checked us in and out was very friendly and welcoming, and while he didn't man the front desk 24 hours, he made it clear that if anything was needed in the off-hours, he was available with a phone call. The heated pool was a bit cool, but it was clean and well-maintained and the patio furniture looked new. There was no drink machine on premises, but the ice machine was full! We were surrounded by families, but never once heard a peep while inside our room. We definitely felt like we received a good value for what we spent."
