"The hotel is nice and relaxing, with a lovely setting by the lake. However, getting luggage to and from the lower floors can be difficult because the only access is by stairs. If you have heavy bags or mobility or other physical limitations, this could be a real challenge. I asked the front desk what a guest with a disability should do, and was told to use the stairs. That response was disappointing and left me concerned about the lack of accessible assistance. I hope the hotel improves its access and staff support for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. Otherwise it was a good time and relaxing one"

"Absolutely excellent staff! The bellman and the greeter were outstanding and the reception staff were very good! The staff at the Moose and Squirrel and the restaurant were wonderful! The staff made this a good experience. The maintenance of our bathroom was another issue. Dripping tub faucet and stuck drain cover in the sink causing a funky odour were not so fun."
