"A gem of a motel in Canon City! The decor was so nice, and the mattress was very comfortable. They had a nice Continental breakfast reminiscent of Europe! The coffee was quite good...not typically the case at most motels/hotels. We brought our bikes, and this motel is very close to the bike trails that we rode and the main street with numerous shops and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and nice. Overall, very impressed and will return! "

"Older place, had great dog friendly rooms with sliding doors to walk right out. But lots of dog feces on the pad sites. Place was run down, the AC never got cool. Nicer places to stay but the staff was very friendly and kind. "

"All the kids amenities definitely were a huge perk for my 3yr old son! The play ground and fenced in yard were awesome for him and my dog. The pool tavle and basketball were a huge hit with him. The bad aspects were: The house was a tad bit run down. There were tiles in the bathroom missing on the walls. The kitchen could use a few more pans for cooking. Overall, it was a perfect stay with plenty of space with some room for improvement!"
