"Check in staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. We needed to take the shuttle at 5:45am and a cold breakfast should have been an option such as muffins and fruit juice. We missed the breakfast that started at 6:00am due to our early flight. Coffee in the lobby was not even available in the morning and in the prior evening it was available but there were no creamers and we were told that none would be available until the next day??!! Customer service definitely needs improvement....
