"The stay was very nice. The hotel is not well versed in English so you may have a little communication issue if you do not know Chinese. There was one Manager, Richard, he was great. He was fluent in English and was always helpful and happy to help and translate. We spoke with him for almost anything we needed during our stay. The breakfast is worth the extra money to get. "What a great stay. We were in Xi'an for five days, visiting the city and area. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the Muslim Quarter. A short two block walk brought us to an amazing market and food street. The hotel staff was great, heling us whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was outstanding with a mix of local snd western foods. Every place we went was a convenient DiDi ride away. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. I will definitely stay here when I return to Xi'an."

"Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "
