Voyage offert à mes parents. Accueil mitigé avec la porte dont le verrou était cassé et ne fermait pas mais le propriétaire à vite résolu le soucis en proposant une solution rapidement et en s'occupant d'un transfert de chambre le temps de la résolution.

Una excelente opción para viajeros que busquen cercanía con el centro de la ciudad, es un cuarto que tiene todos los servicios disponibles y en muy buen estado, hay mercado muy cerca para cocinar en el apartamento y economizar.

Knus maar gezellig

Het appartementen complex bevindt zich in een smalle straat op een heuvel. Midden in het centrum. Je moet wel, niét slecht te been zijn, want het is een steile heuvel. De kamers zijn knus, maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden voor drie personen geboekt, maar de kamers waren helaas maar voor 2 personen. Een persoon heeft dus op de bank moeten slapen, we kregen de volgende dag een matras voor op de grond. Helaas werkte de wifi ook niet. Kortom: prima, knus appartementje op een paar kleine minpuntjes na.

Great view .. but hell it's steep!

This little apartment is up a very steep road (It has its own funicular tram) .. Once there there are steps up to the front door and then 3 narrow twisting flights to your room!! If you are anything less than able, don't book as you may struggle. Once in the room, the view is fab. Most things worked although the shower needed attention and there was no plug to plug the microwave into, so you couldn't use it unless you moved it across the room (i didn't) .. Same with the kettle (i did) All in all, this place has its limitations. On the plus side : it was in a great central spot : super easy access to the Metro and great shops. There was a superb fish restaurant at the bottom of the steep road too which is highly recommended

This place is completely run down. There are no apartment staff available to speak too. There is hardly a river view. It is old and dirty. It smells like stale cigarette smoke. The blankets had stains on them and didn't seem like there were washed before our use. The shower door didn't shut and it was literally only big enough to stand in. If you turned while taking a shower or raised your hands to wash your hair, you arms would hit the walls. there is water damage everywhere and the walls are falling apart. There is also no shuttle to bring you to aptartnent from the airport as listed. This listing should be taken off of Expedia.

Attention à la moisissure!

Notre expérience a mal débutée: Nous avons envoyé plusieurs courriels au propriétaire de l'appartement afin de reconfirmer notre réservation mais il n'a pas répondu. Nous avons également téléphoné et laissé un message vocal. Il a enfin répondu le jour même de notre arrivée pour nous dire de vérifier notre courriel car nous devions avoir reçu un message avec les instructions pour notre enregistrement. Une fois sur place: Il devait y avoir quelqu'un pour nous accueillir mais ce n'était pas le cas alors nous avons suivi les instructions et sommes entrés nous même grâce au code de porte. De tout le séjour nous n'avons vu personne. Nous avons écris au propriétaire pour lui dire qu'il manquait des choses de base tel que cafetière (et serviettes à main, linge à vaisselle, etc) mais il n'a jamais répondu. Construction: Nous n'avions pas été avisé des travaux. La bâtisse au complet était recouverte d'une toile et d’échafaudages et ça, c'est sans compter le bruit des travailleurs. Insonorisation: Inexistante. À chaque matin nous nous faisions réveiller par les grincements du tram. Accès difficile: L'appartement n'est pas accessible en voiture puisque c'est la rue du tram. Il a fallu descendre une panoplie de marche puis regarder des 2 côtés pour traverser sur la voie du tram pour ensuite monter les valises dans un minuscule escalier en colimaçon. Moisissure et saleté: Moisissure dans la salle de bain, saleté dans tout l'appartement. 4 étoiles: Au plus 2 étoiles.

basic en eenvoudig en klein appartement

Voor een of twee overnachtingen prima. Voor ons verblijf 5 nachten, toch wel beperkt. Appartement deed me wel denken aan een studentenkamer. Basic, veeg schoon, klein. De douche was klein en de douchedeuren waren bijna stuk, we moesten heel voorzichtig doen in gebruik. Het was prettig de wasmachine te gebruiken omdat de handdoeken om de 2-3 dagen pas vervangen zouden worden, terwijl we dit dagelijks hadden verwacht. Bij aankomst in de avond hadden we geen contactpersoon, telefonisch wel contact met Fransisco dat de sleutel aan de deur zat. Bij vertrek ook geen contactpersoon voor de sleuteloverdracht, dus maar aan de deur gelaten en bericht ingesproken.

Super Lage - spärliche Ausstattung - Kakerlaken

Das Apartment liegt in guter Erreichbarkeit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Apartment ausgelegt, aber ausreichend für eine langes Wochenende. Das Apartment war grundsätzlich sauber, leider aber von Kakerlaken (2 + X) befallen. Die Versuche die Türrahmenfuge des Badezimmers mit Klopapier zu verstopfen zeigen dass dies wohl leider nicht zum ersten Mal vorgekommen ist. Dies ist, vor allem bei einem solchen Preisniveau, nicht akzeptabel!

저렴한 독립된 공간을 원하신다면....

다른곳에비해 가격이 저렴한 아파트먼트라 예약을하였습니다. 언덕이라는건 알고있었지만 정말 상상이상의 언덕에 무거운캐리어를 끌고올라갔으나 주인은없고.. 전화하였더니 메일을보냈다고 하더라구요..(포르투갈에선 데이터가되지 않아 메일확인을 못했습니다) 메일을 확인하지 못한 잘못도 있지만 메일에 5시전에는 그곳에있겠다고 하였으나 저희가 도착한시간은 4시가 좀 넘었습니다. 숙소는 조금 오래된 아파트여서 윗층의 이동소리가 그대로 들렸으나 지내는데는 문제가 없었고 냉장고도 컸습니다. 샤워실은 상상보다 훨씬 작았구요, 샤워실문을 여닫는데 고생좀했네요. 짐이적고 저렴한 분리된 공간을 원한다면 추천하지만 전 다시는 가고싶지 않네요.

Lovely flat but...

We liked the apartment, it was small but cosy with good central connections but situated up upon a steep hill which we feel should have been highlighted in the apartment description. We did find there was poor communication between the ownersand ourselves especially the checking and checking out. Would recommend but there were certain aspects that could have been made clearer.

Soggiorno a Lisbona

L'Albergo è situato in ottima posizione. Purtroppo la condizione dell'appartamento al secondo piano lasciava a desiderare. Il bagno era di piccolissime dimensioni e la cabina doccia era rotta facendo difficoltà ad entrarci. Assenza di condizionatori e sulle pareti c'era la muffa. Il responsabile ci ha risposto al telefono solo al momento dell'arrivo dandoci indicazioni su come accedere all'appartamento dopodiché richiamandolo l'ultimo giorno non ci ha risposto. Ci aveva inviato una mail con le indicazioni solo nel pomeriggio del nostro arrivo e noi non potevamo accedere ad internet in quanto impossibilitati dal gestore telefonico (la mail doveva arrivare almeno il giorno prima). Nel complesso per chi ha poche pretese nel soggiorno (solo dormire, lavarsi e uscire) può essere una buona soluzione perché è in ottima posizione centrale e vicino ai luoghi di interesse e metro.

Très mauvaise experience

Nous avons loué une chambre cet été dans cet appartement (1er étage), et nous avons été très désagréablement surpris. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la description et les photos qui accompagnaient la présentation de l'appartement : - l'endroit était très sale (nous avions les pieds noirs au bout d'1h à marcher dans l'appartement) - pleins de traces de moisissures, les murs étaient sales et fissurés. - le mobilier était abimés (les poignées de porte de tenaient meme plus en place) - le bruit est très présent. En effet le tram passe à 50 mètres de la chambre entre 7h et 21h en face de la chambre. Ce n'est pas du tout indiqué sur le site. - pas de clim et ventilateur inefficace. - sur les 3 jours, nous avons eu internet 1 jour, l'accès à été coupé le reste du séjour. - impossible de joindre le responsable (Francesco), il n'a jamais répondu à mes appels ou mes messages sur son répondeur! - la douche est tellement petite que la vitre de la cabine est déformée et cassée. Pour le prix que nous avons payé (+60euros la nuit) nous aurions pu trouver 10 fois mieux... Nous avons été très décu et nous ne reviendrons jamais dans ce logement. Le seul point positif est sa proximité avec le centre ville.

Beliggenheten er helt topp. Meget bra plasser å spise på 100 meter unna. Problemet var at det var en meget bratt bakke som det ikke ble opplyst om. Og trange trapper til 3 etasje. Uansett fikk vi mye igjen for pengene. Enkel standard - men i varme Lisboa behøves det ikke luksus. Var der i 9 netter og hadde 9 flotte kvelder i området

Tiny people out there

Starting from block away when you realize you need to climb up the hill or come around and walk down the hill to get to the place and find very tiny narrow spiral stairs and when you finally got to the place and starting to get comfy, go and try the shower its the highlight of the place just be careful not to burn yourself or get cold every time you move in this tiny shower.

모든 시설이 완벽하였습니다. 저희가 전망을 보기 위해 3층에서 숙박하였는데 전망은 좋았습니다. 하지만 3층까지 올라가는데 계단 높이가 상당히 높아 체크인 할 때와 매일 이동할 때 불편함이 많았습니다.

Olin etukäteen ilmoittanut saapumistajan, minulle vastattiin että he ovat paikalla silloin. Löysimme perille, soittelin pitkään ovipuhelinta ja kukaan eivastannut. Soitin omistajan numeroon, hän selitti huoneen avaimen olevan kynnysmaton alla ka ohjeisti meidät kämppään puhelimutse. Koko rakennus oli todella rähjäinen ja haisi voimakkaasti homeelle. Huoneessa reinissä maali halkeillut ja home haisi. Ikkunoita ei saanut kokonaan suljettua, olivat kai jotenkin rikki. Tv ei toiminut, wifin kanssa oli ongelmia. Kadulla jossa asunto on, on kuuluisa elevaattori eli hissi. Se pitää kovaa ääntä/kirskuntaa klo 7-20 ja huoneessa ei siis mitään äänieristystä. Olimme päivät pois asunnolta, yhtenä päivänä oli pyykkikone käyty hakemassa pois ja tilalla oli rottinkituoli. Ärsyttävää että käydään kysymättä huoneessa poissaollessamme ja viedään vielä tavaraa mennessään. Myöhemmin kysyin viestillä kuinka check out sujuu kun lähdemme aikaisin aamulla, tähän en saanut ikinä vastausta joten jätimme avaimen asunnon sisälle pöydälle. Kokonaisuutena asunto oli meille ok koska sijainti oli loistava, mutta muuten törkeän huonoa asiakaspalvelua ja asunnon kunto surkea.

Great location, shower is cruelly tiny,

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and about 15 minutes walk to Lisbon historic centre. Wasn't noisy at all. We booked this room about 5 days before we travelled and given the location and the price, this was fantastic. Pros: - Great location, close to subway station, great restaurants and neighborhood - Free wifi - View of the ocean Cons: - Very, i mean VERY narrow staircases. We only had our carry-on so it was fine. - TINY shower. i am not a big person by any means (5'7, skinny), the shower was so small i can BARELY raise my hands and wash my face. And when i did, the chances of accidentally turning the water into piping hot were huge. be careful if you are tall or bigger
