The hotel staff, in particular, were outstandingly friendly and helpful. The person who we found behind the front desk at almost all hours, was thorough in his friendly ability to address our needs, on our first, jet-lagged moments in Portugal. This first stay at a B&B Hotel changed our allegiance from another European hotel chain. We will now seek out B&B Hotels when we can. The wonderful Parque dos Poetas is 5-minute walk.

The room wasn’t as cleaned as expected it felt more of a student dormatory instead of a hotel room. It was very basic as a room. The beds were very very firm and each time you turned around they squeked. The bathroom overall was clean except for the shower which eas left to be desired. It wasn’t located in an area where restaurants were close. There was a mall aboit 10 minutes by walk but nothing for a lovely supper.

Eu havia pago o apartamento pelo aplicativo Hotéis.com e quando do check-in fui cobrado novamente. Como fazia muito tempo que eu havia feito a reserva, não me lembrava que havia feito o pagamento antecipado. Pouco depois conferi no app que a estada havia sido quitada. Fui imediatamente à recepção que confirmou a situação e me disse que o valor seria estornado no máximo em dois dias. Deram-me uma nota de crédito, mas até o momento, uma semana depois o valor não me foi devolvido. Solicito a intervenção do Hotéis.com para solucionar a questão com a maior brevidade possível

+ mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen + Ruhige Umgebung + Wunderschöner Park nebenan + Restaurants in der Nähe + 20 Min zu Fuß zum Strand +Ziemlich sauberes Hotel + 24h Kaffeebar - Hotel erlaubt auch Hunde. In einem Fall hat im Nebenzimmer ein Hund ewig gebellt (8 Uhr morgens). Die Rezeption hat uns angeboten, den Hundehalter lediglich zu fragen, ob er das Zimmer wechseln wolle. Fazit: Das Hotel ist keine schlechte Wahl.
