Fantastic location! Apartment was extremely clean and tidy, and all messages were responded to promptly and professionally. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend; this is really in the best neighborhood.

The location was absolutely perfect. Even with a 10-year-old, we were able to walk everywhere—including from Alfama back to the apartment. It was incredibly convenient no matter where we wanted to go. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the tram stopped right outside the door, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless, with a spacious and modern bathroom—truly no complaints at all. Ben gave us a warm welcome and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. If we ever come back to Lisbon, we’d love to stay here again.

Great central location in a shopping and restaurant area. Walkable to everything! The streets are lively but the apartment is sound proof for a good night sleep. Spacious and had a washer dryer that came in handy for our stay. Would stay again! The bottle of wine welcoming us was a nice touch

We stayed here as a family of 6 (kids 8-12 years old) with grandma. It was fantastic. Property managers were super helpful and the location was fantastic. Make sure to eat a Bifana at O Trevo on the corner next to the apartments. We’ll be back.

Management communication is great. Apartment is very spacious. Love the big refrigerator and ability to cook ourselves. This is our first time in Lisbon. Apartment location is great, easy access to all the tourist spots. The neighborhood is very lively. We will stay there again!

Good communication, able to find solutions when asked to, always there for you. Property was in mint condition, located in the center of the Chiado area, close to everything you need: transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, banks, pharmacies. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. When we'll be back in Lisbon, this will the favorite place to stay at.

The hotel is very clean and upgraded. It is cozy and fits all needs of a family of four people. It has washer with dryer, one-time slippers, dishwasher and electric kettle. The location is great, at least 5 breakfast bakeries downstairs, close to Bica funicular which brings down to Timeout market. Tram 28 is just under your window. A few minutes walk to rossio square

Our vacation was literally saved by Lisbon Best Apartments! We had a different rental that was not inhabitable and were forced to find a new rental on Christmas day. Lisbon Best went above and beyond to accommodate us, personally met us at the apartment on Christmas, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit was. It was clean, well appointed and the bathroom had heated floors! We never ran out of hot water despite long showers. The location was right in the Chiado neighborhood with restaurants and shops and even a small Christmas market right outside. It was luxurious and the staff was prompt and professional.

In the place of this apartment , there were a lot of things like a fantasy .Many historical architectures , church , cute trams ,excellent mosaic over the road…We have just been in this room ,we’ve got a life of looking over these historical art. In addition , there were many beautiful goods in the kitchen , cutleries , dishes , pots , made in Portugal .Many welcome fruits and espresso capsules , so we’ve been able to make a glass of fresh juice and a cup of cafe every time . Comfortable bathroom ,this floor of marble makes our foot warm, happy. And comfortable beds .Sometimes ,this place has been noisy over night ,but shutters in the room have prevented our good sleep. Thank you for your hospital . We hope to stay again, thank you!

I was upgraded shortly before arrival. I know this can be related to low season, but it made everything just supergb .- which in fact it already was. I had not expected this to happen. Everything is just great about this place. Location, communication with staff, friendlyness of staff. I just really recommend this place since it is so smooth to check-in and check out. 10/10!

The room was amazing, spotless, and perfect for our stay. The staff was very kind! We were in Europe from the US for a few weeks. Of the 4 places we stayed, this was by far the best. Water, Nespresso, the marble bathrooms had heated floors and waterfall shower, the windows function well to allow the outdoors in allowing the fresh air in & listening to the vibrancy of the square below while having the ability to close them to eliminate sound & shutters that eliminate any ounce of light from coming in. They came halfway through our stay to provide room service with fresh towels & cleaned the space. On one of the days after a long day out we got back to the apartment to find a beautiful birthday cake & candles waiting for us on my husband's birthday. The accommodation was well worth the price. Close to everything. We walked most places and found BOLT to be easy when we needed a ride (mostly when we were tooo tired to walk uphill). Thank you for the hospitality. We loved our stay!
