The key wouldn’t work. Initially told that the last people had no issue. He did then call someone, who needed to call a locksmith team. We spent our first night in Lisbon eating delivered food. The little apartment has all the amenities one would use. It feels very damp to me and there is black mold on the living room walls..When I ask through the app about a driver for a day trip to Sintra, I got no response. Next day I get asked when I want the driver back to airport. Th9s was a day early.

Decent location and furniture ok. Shower head not working properly and we reported it with no response. Value for what you pay is low. Location was ok with all you need around it but parking difficult. Tiny space.

Good location, quiet neighbor, apartament ok. Checkin helpful Good stuff: coffee, fridge, shampoo and soap. To improve: matress and pillow cleaning (smell), to fix the shower (support broken). First night a huge cockaroach in the kitchen. We covered a hole. Apartament wifi: password never worked. None fixed it.

Check in was horrific. I requested well in advance of check in the correct address and check in process only to be told they would contact me a week before. The week came and went, so I asked again. This time I was told 24 hours in advance I would get the information. This time also went by without contact. I contacted again only to be ghosted until I arrived in Lisbon. At this time the demanded we pay a room tax and security deposit before providing the request info. The only saving grace is the security deposit was not posted to my account. The room tax was posted about 12.50 Canadian. This cause great anxiety and compromised my enjoyment. Thy would only communicate with me via WhatsApp. Thank you

Good for one or two days

Clean and a good size. Very no-frills though. One towel each for a 4 night stay, 1 pillow each (more in a cupboard but no covers for them), no chopping board, no bottle opener, no wine glasses, the shower hook was broken and there was no shelf in the bathroom. Look out for emails from the property as you must let them know when you are arriving. We missed this and only let them know four hours before our arrival and this resulted in a 2.5 hour wait to get in.

部屋は清潔で駅から10分程度です。 大家さんとも何度も安心して連絡が取れました。臨機応変に対応もしてくれて感謝してます。 途中、小さいスーパーとかカフェとかありました。女泥棒市にも徒歩15分くらいだ行けたので楽しめました！
