Nettes Appartment, zentral gelegen, sauber. Etwas laut nachts wegen dem Verkehr, bei uns aber nicht so schlimm, da wegen der Corona Krise deutlich weniger Besucher in Lissabon waren. Zu normalen Zeiten wahrscheinlich noch viel lauter. Beim Check in per mail hatte uns man das falsche Appartment mitgeteilt mit dem Zugangscode, der funktionierte, so dass wir Zugang zu einem schon belegten Appartment hatten. Nach kurzem Anruf wurde uns dann ein anderes Appartment mit anderem Code mitgeteilt. Ich würde also nicht unbedingt Wertsachen offen rumliegen lassen, falls das öfters passiert.

The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the main square & both the railway station and boat terminal. There are 2 cafes at street level & the food market is just down the road. Sadly, the view from the balcony is poor as a large building now blocks any view.

Localização boa, próximo ao cais de Sodré, com ligação entre o metrô e comboios. Água quente acabou em todos os dias enquanto tomávamos banho, wi-fi muito lento e inconstante. Tive um primeira experiência muito boa com a Portugal Ways em Santos Azulejos, mas o Conde Barão eu não recomendo.

Nett eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung für den Urlaub absolut ausreichend, wir hatten das Zimmer nach hinten mit der großen Terrasse - die Klimaanlage hat nicht gestört, Handtuchwechsel alle 3 Tage – vollkommen ausreichend, super Verkehrsanbindung - die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, Bario Alto fußläufig erreichbar, super Preis für eine Wohnung in Lissabon

The unit was clean. The location was good .I expected some noise when staying in a busy city but the sounds carried really bad ,made it hard to get any quality of sleep. ( Even wearing ear buds) . There was no lighting in the foyer. I was grateful that I was able to get there in daylight. My stay was over a week. I didn't expect clean bedding ever day but at least one change would have been nice. I don't think I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay during our time in Lisbon. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A few recommendations we would have is that they supplied an iron, more pillows and towels. The accomodation is in a very good location. Two minute walk from a tram stop which takes you to the top of the hills where you’ll find good restaurants, a ten minute walk from the Time Out Market where you’ll find a selection on bars and restaurants and also the main square and docks. This was so a big plus side to our stay. There have been reviews that say the property doesn’t look much from outside which isn’t really true. As you walk up, there is a little door with a code box and shops around. There are some bins and graffiti on the streets but that is apparent in all the neighbourhoods so nothing to be concerned about. The road outside is busy from about 7am onwards but we were up and about quite early so this was ok. There is an excellent place for breakfast right underneath the apartment block called “Food” so definitely go there!! Only down side was the apartment block can be noisy as you can hear other people talking and some Walking around but I guess that’s the guests not the apartments fault! Overall, I’d stay again!

So clean and fresh in a great location, near the time out market, train station and main shopping area. But not too close to the main square which can get very busy. There was nothing I didn't not like other than maybe handy to have a washing machine if staying more than 5 nights.

Excellent property, condition, amenities and Area. Communication from them was fine but took se real emails and a phone call to learn if the apartment had wheelchair access and where to park. Also, having an agreement with a car park company ( as where we are now in Porto) would add value to its guests.

l'appartement a répondu à nos attentes excepté le fait que la cafetière n'a pas du tout fonctionné. Le barre qui tien la paume de douche est assez vétuste et risque de tomber. Pour le reste c'est très correcte. l'appartement est spacieux (mais l"aménagement de la chambre de trois lit est pas du tout adaptée car les deux portes de cette chambre ne peuvent quasiment pas s'ouvrir... bien situé et au calme c'est important. A pied est à 15 minutes maxi de la place du commerce.

Das Apartment st sehr sauber, sogar so sauber, dass am Herd nichts mehr zu erkennen ist. Alles weggeschrubt :-) .Auf der Webseite steht, Toilettenartikel sind vorhanden. Es handelt sich leider nur um Handwaschseife und Handtücher. Toilettenpapier war am 2. Tag alle. Das ist realisierbar jedoch nicht, wenn man sich drauf verlässt und nichts mitbringt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräuschempfindlich, da Tische und Stühle Plaste-Gleiter haben. Das ist super laut. Schön wären auch Bedienungsanleitungen bzw. so eine Art Gäste-Info-Blatt. Das Sofa muss dringend gereinigt werden.

we had a lovely time staying at unit 312. the building is modern and has an elevator, which was a bonus! it was centrally located and walking distance to major attractions. the apartment itself was exactly as described; clean, bright with large windows and a small balcony to enjoy your beverages. while the toiletries provided were slim and limited, this was a non-issue and got everything we needed from the mini mart down the street. we will stay here again without hesitation. recommend!
