New Hotel in a great location: close to Metro station, El Cote Ingles shopping mall. There is a nice restaurant (Rice Me) nearby. Would stay here next time in Lisbon.
The hotel location is very convenient, 20 minutes walk to Rossio Train Station, beautiful parks around, the metro station across the street from the hotel, AC, great bathroom, great staff, my room was next to the elevator and I hadn’t heard a thing, it’s obvious that rooms are soundproof.
Clean and comfortable room! Staff are friendly. El Corte Inglés (shopping mall) is 6 minutes walking and food places along the avenue! Safe area! I recommend this place- Hotel Príncipe Ávila!
Great modern hotel in the popular Rossio district. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a really great variety of foods and good for vegetarians and gluten free people as well although hard to pass up the pastel de nata. The bar area was nice as well. Would highly recommend. Staff was great and check-in process efficient.
This is a first rate hotel, and I would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable , and super helpful. You can take the metro to S.sebastio stop get out and walk across the street to hotel. They kept my room neat and clean. It is very peaceful at night too, but still close to everything.
We only stayed one night as we were flying out the next morning. Very nice hotel in a nice neighborhood. A stones throw from the Sāo Senastão red line, El Corte Inglés amd the impressive Museu Calouste Gulbenkian. Rooms were small but comfortable. No coffee/tea services but they will bring upon request. Real fast was decent with a lot of options.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Principe Avila hotel, comfy room, quiet, modern. Great breakfast. Nice staff and centrally located with Metro and bus just out of the door.
If you are coming by air to Lisbon, stay in this hotel.
The red metro line starts at the airport and for a couple of dollars and 35 minutes of your time you are at the end of the red metro line and depending on which exit out of the metro you take you are just across a quiet street from the hotel. Great staff, everything looks new and the breakfast is fantastic.
Really nice hotel, went January so got 4 nights for £315. Good area, clean and spacious room and very modern. Lovely breakfast included in the price and everything was really fresh. Helpful staff all through the hotel. Really positive experience and would be back for sure.
Excelente hotel! Camas muito confortáveis, jogo de cama premium, quarto moderno, cheiroso, café da manhã sensacional e bairro muito agradável. Funcionários atenciosos. Super recomendo!
Excellent hotel with a decent price to explore Lisbon. We loved the area -- walking distance to El Corte Ingles shopping center with plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English. Breakfast was an excellent start of each day. We enjoyed our trip and the stay was a big part of our satisfaction. Strongly recommended!
Hotel Principe Avila was perfect for our girls trip. The metro was literally across the street, and it was in a good area. Very east to get to from the airport. The rooms were clean and new, the shower pressure was perfect and their breakfast was great to get an early start on the day. The best part was the staff, they were very helpful and pleasant. From the moment we checked in until our check out: they were there to help us out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for the location, cleanliness, and staff.
Staff was wonderful! Great location! Amazing Breakfast Buffet Each Morning! Many terrific local bakeries, restaurants, and shopping as well. Would highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed for 3 nights. It’s a brand new hotel was its clean and nice. Staffs are also very pleasant and friendly. Overall service is great except one thing they do not normally replenish any bathroom supplies. I’m sure we can always call the front desk for things but it’s really a turn off if I have to call them for these small things (especially for a 4 star hotel).
The hotel is in a really good place, friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are big enough, comfortable bed, although our sheets and our towels were not changed a single time under the 6 nights. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. There’s a metro station really close by. Overall really great stay.
The Staff were very helpful with our concerns. Always smiling and approachable. We felt safe even though we were just visiting their beautiful country!! Will recommend this Hotel definitely!
Thank you!
It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and it was close to everything. I will definitely go there again and will recommend it to my family and friends.
