Great pool front suite. Great location to hiking boardwalks, light house and hidden beaches. Easily walkable to downtown Lagos and marina. Convenient to everything. Clean and great customer service. Best brunch buffet I’ve ever had!!!!!

My room was very big, modern and lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the power shower was amazing! The air con worked really well, there was a fridge and a safe. There was also a huge TV, a desk and chair and a second smaller desk and seat. The room was ready at 10am when I arrived early! I had cappuccino and pastel de nata (highly recommended) twice in the bar and both were really well presented. The bar had really comfortable seating and the staff were lovely - on the day I left the guy serving gifted me my drink and two cakes! The hotel has a games room and some rooms have balconies. There are two supermarkets in the same street and it’s about 5-8 mins from the subway and hop on/hop off bus starting point. The street was noisy at night but I just wore earth plugs.

Excellent choice
They took my small dog which was the reason I booked it. But it was an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Pretty good food in their cafe. Very fairly priced. Stayed in an Ibis in Malaga also. Great value for money.

Front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was decent. The bar is lacking. If you do not know how to make a simple drink then you really shouldn’t call yourself a bar.

The hotel room was fabulous. The breakfast was decent. The front desk was not super friendly. The bar really needs help. If you can’t make a simple rum and Coke, you really shouldn’t be calling yourself a bar.

Good location and fun decoration
This hotel was themed “nautical” including staff attire. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel accommodated out pet cat and car parking for additional cost. Easy to find location, and easy short walk to the closest metro station.

All was fine, although we booked at a lower price and were presented with a higher bill when I clicked to reserve. Hotel itself was great, real location, nice breakfast, only the hotel is still renovating so that was a bit of a adjustment at the reception ;)

The hotel was still under construction!!! Scaffolding throughout the building, cement mixer on the stairs & only one small working lift which meant emergency doors were propped open to enable guests to get between floors.Total joke that this is reviewed as ‘fabulous’ on hotels.com

Highly recommend the.place
Really enjoy the stay.. Room was great size with so many windows. Breakfast was great with spetacular views from the 9th floor. Like the house made water with mint leafs and orange or lime. close to train station although we mostly took Uber, which was.convenient and reasonable prices.

A really good hotel on a quiet road (so no noise). It’s a five minute walk to the Metro and a park looking down towards the city. There’s a convenience store next door if you need snacks. The hotel is very nice and modern. Breakfast room is on the 9th floor with great food and views of the city

Okay... I cant understand some of the low ratings? Great location, close enough to everything but not in the middle of it. Staff were super friendly and always greeted us at the door. Managed our transfers as the Taxis were on strike... yes that kind of crucial for us.

The hotel is clean and very well locate. The problem is nobody can help with the luggage, The hotel is at a very busy street. and a lot of stairs before get at the elevator and again nobody help. It has a garage. Breakfast was not good as a had at the other Ibis on the park convention. This one should be better , it is a Styles Ibis.

The Ibis Styles Embaixador was a great choice for our stay. We know Lisbon well and love being in the Pombal area of the city. The hotel was a great choice. Our room had a good air con system, was extremely well cleaned on a daily basis. My only complaint was that the front desk staff was not overly friendly but that aside we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast room was a great place to sit with a beautiful view of the city. There are not any hot entrees but a nice selection of breads, croissant, meats and cheese and an excellent expresso machine. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
