Tout était bien, sauf la mezzanine pour accéder au lit. Je me suis cognée bien des fois sur la poutre. On ne pouvait s'y tenir que plié. Je suppose que c'était dû au fait que ce soit au 3ème étage, donc sous les toits.

Best for the bugdet travellers

The location was outrageous but not quite safe, i wont recommend this place for elder people because there was a little climbling to the room due to sharp stairs. Double bed was comfy but portable single bed almost made me cripple after four days. Lastly pillows were really old and they have to be changed!

Réactivité à 100% de Miguel qui est très serviable et très agréable ainsi que la dame d'entretien. Appartement très bien dans l'ensemble car il est très propre , en revanche un peux plus de vaisselle serait appréciable (exemple : passoire, grand saladier, plus grande poêle). il est vrai que l’accès a l appartement de l’extérieur est très raide par ses escaliers et la mezzanine est relativement basse. Le quartier reste moyen mais pas de problèmes en particulier. Si je devais revenir sur Lisbonne je pourrais louer de nouveaux ce logement malgres tout. Merci beaucoup a MIGUEL

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Mini markets [including a whole food vegan shop] and a tiny, but very cool bar, within 50 m. Clean and well equipped, comfy bed. Good communication, couldn't be better!

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super unkompliziert und er ist sehr zuvorkommend! Durften unser Gepäck nach dem checkout noch im Appartement bunkern bis unser Flieger abends ging, da es noch nicht vermietet war für den Tag. Achtung für alle, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind: die Treppe zum Appartement ist sehr schmal und steil! Aber das ist für Lissabon nicht ungewöhnlich ;-)

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione, a cinque minuti dalla metropolitana di Martim Moniz. L'appartamento, situato al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide, è delizioso e ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. Per tre notti è una buona soluzione. Da sapere che nel parcheggio sotterraneo di Praça Martim Moniz c'è il servizio automatico per il deposito bagaglio. Utilissimo. Lisbona è fantastica.

Not for senior travellers

The place is located in a polluted and not so clean area— not to mention that it’s too hilly. It is quite risky for seniors to climb 30 steps up and down the narrow stairs In addition, not so idealistic for seniors to climb up to another sleeping room. We were charged for a city tax but no receipt given to us. The Manager was kind enough to bring our luggages to each bed room, but he didn’t show up when we checked out Instead, he made us believe that the driver of the shuttle would help us bring luggages down at the end, Nobody helped us.

O local fica de fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos da cidade , e um apartamento que foi reformado por dentro , localizado no centro histórico de Lisboa porém o banheiro alargava todas as vezes que tomávamos banho, não possui box, possui um.pessimo acesso a entrada do apartamento, com escadas estreitas , dificultando o acesso com.bagagens .No mesanino aonde se localiza a cama , o teto e extremamente baixo , tendo que andar de joelhos para ter acesso a cama.

The apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon's historic center, close to the metro station, the "miradouros," and the Castle of St. George. HOWEVER, unlike what is written on the website, there is NO daily cleaning. And you have to provide your own paper towel and toilet paper (if you run out of it). There is only one comfortable bed (upstairs). For cooking, there is no salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. MORE IMPORTANTLY, you have to worry about your own trash as well.

Apartment is situated about 5 minutes walk from Rossio Square in a slightly dilapidated area but it’s undergoing improvements and still has Lisbon’s charm. Apartment was up 3 narrow flights of stairs so this apartment is not suitable for anyone with any walking difficulties. In terms of amenities the apartment was fine but nothing amazing. It was adequate for what we needed. A kettle would have been nice but the delta q machine was a nice touch if you are an espresso fanatic. I would not recommend booking transfers through the apartment as the way there was booked for the wrong day And the way back never arrived. I wouldn’t have minded but we were out at 4:45am in an area which can be a little dangerous so it was not ideal. Thankfully we flagged a taxi down in Martim Moniz so all was well. I would consider staying again but not for more than a few days.

NEEDS FINISHING !!

Myself & my 2 daughters 20 & 22 staying in Lisbon for 5 days. We had booked for In Lisbon Apartments however on being collected at the airport by Miguel we were informed that there was a problem with the water & we had been moved to a different apartment but he advised this was better than In Lisbon apartments as this had 2 bedrooms.This was in a different location in a basement down some steep steps .First impressions were that the apartment was very modern, trendy decor, brand new & Miguel said new we were only to 2nd guests to stay there. However although it was clean & new it is unfinished it requires the following to provide a proper level of comfort - There were no towel rails in the bathroom we had to hang wet towels over chairs & doors to dry - No toilet brush in the bathroom - Another mirror other than the one in the bathroom as this was constantly steamed up. - Bare plaster down the staircase & bathroom wall needs painting to finish off. - There was only 1 small wardrobe between 3 of us so extra hooks or hangers for coats - The electrics need sorting, the fuses blew several times throughout our stay, for eg if we had hob,kettle or toaster on the electrics blew,Miguel had shown us where the fuse box was which makes us think now that they knew was an issue. It blew one morning & the hot water wouldnt come back on meaning my daughter couldnt have a hot shower. - There was no daily maid service as advertised we had to use the same very thin towels for 5 days.

Tolle Lage in Altstadt und dennoch ruhig!

Sehr netter Vermieter und alles da, was man braucht. Vor 2 Jahren wurde alles renoviert. Ventilator und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Bett ist super! Sehr steile Treppe, aber das ist in den Altbauten nunmal so und das wussten wir vorher. Insgesamt ist Lissabon extrem was die Höhenunterschiede angeht. Viel Treppen steigen ist angesagt. Aber sehr viel Charme, vor allem in der Altstadt. Gerade für Abends bieten sich ganz viele kleine Lokale, die günstig und dennoch hochwertig und frisch kochen. Unser Apartment lag im DG und war sehr ruhig, da es sich in einer schmalen Seitengasse befindet. Kleine Supermärkte, Tram E12 nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Metrostation 5 Minuten. TOP, würden wieder hin.

Internationales Viertel, cool Tolle Cafébar zum Frühstück in der Nähe, sowie Lebensmittel Läden Wenn man beweglich ist, ist Bett auf Empore erreichbar und bequem, für Ü50 könnte es schwer werden Zweites Bett Klappbett sehr unbequem

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel agradável, perto de estação de metro, com conveniências ao redor. Ótimo atendimento. As redondezas são tranquilas e o único porém é não ter elevador e a escada ser bastante ingrime o que dificulta um pouco com as malas. Recomendo e ficaria novamente.

Muito bom

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metro a pé, com vários mercados próximos, a limpeza estava ótima. Só não recomendo para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção (leve a grave) porque não tem elevador e as escadas até o apartamento são estreitas e a subida muito íngreme.
