Nice appartment

We stayed at a to bedroom appartment at 3. flot. Nice appartment, we were three and it would also be good for four people. Everything was nice and clean. The beds are hard could be good with a soft topmatress. As the bedrooms are to the street you can hear the tram in the Mornings and evenings. Very fine location.

Decoración impecable.

El apartamento está nuevo, impecable decoración, superlimpio todo parecía a estrenar. Por ese lado es perfecto. Es precioso y con todo lo necesario para desayunar o cocinar. El baño muy amplio. Es el mejor apartamento en el que he estado. La ubicación es muy buena, el tranvía 28 justo al lado, va muy lleno. Uber nos costaba muy poco hasta el centro o para volver a dormir. Si hay algo a señalar que no sea perfecto es que hay 3 pisos sin ascensor y el ruido que se oye desde la calle es de madrugada únicamente, eran días festivos y nosotros sí oímos algo de jaleo pero no mucho.

não é uma avaliação melhor porque nos foi dito que o prédio por ser antigo não podia ter ar condicionado instalado e, afinal, viemos a constatar que nos outro pisos havia ar condicionado instalado. Mais valia terem sido sinceros… Os vizinhos eram muito barulhentos fora de horas (responsabilidade não é dos locadores, claro). A localização é de difícil acesso e estacionamento. Fora estes comentários, tudo muito bom.

Worst place I've ever stayed in Lisbon

Communication from LxWay was very poor: responses to my messages were slow and obtuse, the phone number was wrong and no email address was provided, all of which meant there was no one to check us in when we arrived despite my repeated attempts to arrange a time. However, the flat itself was spacious, nicely furnished and well-equipped. We found the bed very hard, but that seems to be normal these days so I can't complain too much about it. The elephant in the room is that the building is literally next door to a night club, so if you're staying here you'd better be a heavy sleeper. The small print in the listing only warns that "noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed", which is such a gross understatement that I'd find it hilarious if I wasn't so sleep-deprived. Music thumping through the walls until 5am tends to destroy my sense of humour. I had assumed that the noise warning referred to the trams, since they pass right outside the windows, and I'm a regular visitor to Lisbon so I know it's not a quiet city. To be safe, I checked Google Street View before I booked, but this club (Incognito) is hidden behind an anonymous green door, so you wouldn't know it was there in the daytime. As far as I can see I have been deliberately misled, and that is just not acceptable. I won't be booking with LxWay again.
