The building is clean and the unit was very nicely decorated, simple but functional. All facilities works well without issues. Showers good pressure. AC works really well when needed. Kitchen was well stock with necessary tools to do some light cooking. We did not do any full meal since we ate out each day. We are on holiday so the heavy lifting will have to go to the hosts. The area is typical Lisboa based on what we seen walking around so no issues here. The staff was great when call upon. Yes definite thumbs up for anyone wanting to book this location.

Excellent location & access to city centre. Property is reasonably sized for a family of 4. The toilets are slightly crammed. Air conditioning is good. The curtains in one of the bedroom needs to be darker - at night the room is not dark enough.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Having air conditioning in every room was a great feature, although the weather was so pleasant that we often opened the windows and enjoyed the amazing breeze. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see while still being peaceful and convenient. Everything was well organized, making our stay easy and relaxing from start to finish. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. One thing that really speaks to their honesty and professionalism: after we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left a large amount of cash hidden in the room. We called them immediately, and they found it, kept it safe, and made sure it was returned to us. We are beyond grateful for their integrity and cannot thank them enough. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, an excellent location, and truly outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again!

The kitchen is fully equipped and it would be perfect with more space. However, we still cooked few times and had great meals. The Air-Con is the best thing when you're back from the warm outside. The Wi-Fi connection is stable and fast.

Spacious place, good kitchen, good rooms. host very responsive to messages. Very poor sound proofing. Guests staying on the floor above our unit was very loud throughout our stay with kids stomping/jumping late into the night, made the whole living room area shake. Disrupted our sleep. We complained the first night to the host to reinforce quiet hours which they did but then subsequent nights continued to be loud.
