Firstly, there was some miss information about this rental, ounce we booked they now told us the parking had to be reserved one day prior so we ended up paying 33euros to park our car, they never mention that you have to share your ID (Passport) online which I thought was a bit risky, the bathtub was dirty and moldy, Very disappointed in general

Overall, it was fine, but thats it, just fine. Ive never rented a room with a kitchen that didn't have paper towels. I emailed them at the beginning about a question about the washer, never got a response. The layout was weird, there were two door to the bedroom, but you couldn't open one of the doors more then a few inches because of the bed. The toilet seat was the wrong fit so it wobbled when you used it and the toilet felt like it was lifting up. Again, it was fine, it worked for the three nights we were in Lisbon, good location. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

This property is in a very good location, just a couple of blocks from the Arco de Rue Augustus (main square & arch). Plenty of (tourist-centric) restaurants nearby as well as other shopping. Where this property loses my vote of confidence is its condition. It is a 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and sitting area. However, there is only air-conditioning in the sitting area room. Also, the main bedroom is almost completely taken up by the bed (small queen sized) with barely enough room to squeeze around it. In fact, one of the doors to the bedroom does not open all the way (which also blocked flow of air from main room. The bathroom also leaves plenty to be desired. The toilette is literally falling off its base - one needs to be very careful of not tipping it over. (This was mentioned in other reviews, but figured it would have been repaired by now - not the case.) And, as other reviews mentioned, there is almost no space to actually sit on the toilette. Finally, the stairs. Yes, we knew there was no lift, but the stairs are borderline dangerous. I will not be returning to this property and would recommend others take a closer look at other options.

Très bonne localisation

Localisation idéale pour visiter Lisbonne, prés des TRAM, métro, train, restaurants et boutiques en tout genre. Salle de bain spacieuse.Cependant le 6ème étage sans ascenseur (bien précisé dans l'annonce) est très sportif. La fenêtre de la chambre est mal cellée (nuisances extérieures sonores).

Pictures are better than reality

Should be considered an Airbnb. The photos are bright and clean, yet in reality, the furniture and toss cushions are covered in stains. Check in was at 3 pm, we arrived at 4:10, and the cleaner was in our unit. At first I thought the prior guest didn’t check out, when I saw shoes and a phone plugged in. The bathroom sink also had draining issues and the host expects you to remove your garbage from the unit when you check-out. Overall great location, but I expect better from a hotels.com booking.

Dejlig lejlighed downtown som har total god placering. Lejligheden er i moderne stil med alt. Dog kunne vi godt have ønsket at håndklæder ville blive skiftet automatisk ( bliver de efter fem dage ) al korrespondance mellem viceværten var helt i top. Utrolige søde personaler. Kan godt anbefales

No lift, read description, otherwise great.

Though no fault of Olivier Apartments, I wish I had read the listing more carefully as there are no lifts. The accommodation was great and fit our needs well, but it was a 5 floor walk up, which isn't great if you have to drag luggage up and down. There were people staying in the apartment above us and it sounded like there were elephants walking around above us, thankfully this didn't last for long. Because it's in such a central location, at night, there can be a fair amount of city noise that could potentially keep someone up if they're a light sleeper. Wifi worked well, it was in a very walkable part of the city and close to train lines, trams and taxis, enabling us to visit other parts of the city and Sintra with ease. Also nice to have a washer in the unit. We also had a pleasant ride from Orient station provided by Olivier Apartments for an additional fee. Our driver was able to fill us in on the city and what attractions she recommended. Overall I give this a thumbs up, though if I were to book here again, I'd make sure I reserved an apartment on a lower floor.

Perfect location, cosy apartment.

We stayed one night at the loft apartment, just around the corner from downtown Lisbon. We loved the small but cosy apartment, only thing to note is the 6th floor location without elevator, but otherwise you get a lot for the price. We were greeted by Rui who was very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und ist für die Erkundung der statt ideal. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Nur die 120 Stufen hoch zur Wohnung lassen einen zweimal überlegen, ob man noch mal los geht. Würden das Appartement weiterempfehlen.

Location was superb! It was at the center of it all. It’s kind of noisy.. you can literally hear the steps from the stairs and the apartment above you. Good price value. The design of the apartment is so stylish.

Great location for Lisbon city break

Had a wonderful time at Olivier Apts. Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, metro and many sites in the city. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Couldn't recommend staying here highly enough

Lights in the stairway

The location of the apartment is really good. Everything went pretty well during our stay. But the lights in the stairway were always off and we did find the power switch for ground floor to 3rd floor but not for the higher level. It is inconvenient to always turn on the light by our phone especially when we were carrying stuff. It will be nice if there is a hint or some instruction for turning on the lights.

Pre checkin and pre checkout utilized the wishbox app. We filled in details of our flight in, estimated time of arrival at the apt and also if we wish to take one of the transport options offered by the apt. I liked it overall. All quite neat. I wished that I had received the detailed instructions about the pick option I chose earlier though. An email with details was sent while I was flying (16 hour journey) and I didn't get any info till I got online at Lisbon airport using their free wifi. I had thought that there would be someone with my name waiting as I walked out of customs. The 7 flight of stairs (4 floors) was a killer but I don't mind since I needed to get fit anyway! The body wash and shampoo had run out by the time we checked in. We didn't bother to ask for a refill as we had our own. A staff got in touch with us on Day 3 (1 night left in our stay) and checked if everything was going ok and offered to come top them up but we said it's ok. The apt is actually rather narrow so it can feel a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise, it is nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable enough. No noise at all although it is steps away from lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, the big shopping street (Mango, Zara, Pull and Bear, etc), the Metro, etc. Location wise it is very good! I think the bathroom could do with a shower curtain as the floor got wet everytime we showered. The glass wall only went 2/3 of the way.

Perfect location with some approvments needs

I sadly dont share the good reviews on this place. We had issues with check in, heat and contacting the host. When we did reach the host we got a very nice help but was to late for us as we didnt have electrycity the last night.
