I loved this hotel! From the relaxed atmosphere of the Terrace Restaurant to the elegant ambiance of the lounge - my stay at the Palacio was perfect. We have stayed here several times now and each time is as good as the first. The staff, rooms and facilities are all excellent. Breakfast has a good selection with some changes each morning. We stayed in a pool view balcony room and it was clean and serviced everyday. The location is very good with a short walk along the front to cascais and east access to the train station to visit lisbon. Sintra and guincho are short bus rides away also.

On the whole the staff were excellent with the exception of reception; they were lovely but had to be reminded twice of some of the details of our booking E.g. a discount on food and drinks plus a bottle of wine in the room. The breakfast is excellent as is the bar, with a great range of cocktails and a fascinating history.
