Även minilivs. Saknar inte daglig städning, men vore trevligt med lite större antal hygienartiklar som toa- och kökspapper, servetter, shampoo, duschgel, medel till tvätt- och diskmaskin. Krånglig incheckning. Ingen reception. Beloppet dras två gånger från kortet, dröjer innan pengarna släpps, trots flera påminnelser. Väldigt mörk på bottenvåningen. Svårt reglera varmvattnet i duschen - blandaren funkar inte. Diskhon helt täppt.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Lissabon, die Lager der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super! Innerhalb 5 Minuten ist man an der nächsten Haltestelle der Tram 28. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Badezimmer kein Fenster hat und die Lüftung auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Horrible !

Après un accueil correcte nous découvrons l’appartement. Oublié toutes les photos du site !!! Il s’agit d’un rez de chaussée semi-enterré qui sent le renfermé. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car votre chambre donne directement sur les rails du tramway (réellement) et évidemment pas de climatisation. Il n’y a que la lumière électrique sinon aucune clarté extérieure. Ne louez pas ces appartements c’est un bon conseil.

I really liked the location. In the bathroom the shower handle did not work. It was clean. I think it was unfair to charge extra money because we arrived at 22.05 - the delay was due to wizz air late flight.

Nice apartment with lovely views over houses n pool. About 15 minutes walk to bars but plenty on way . A bit hilly for the less fit person all over Lisbon but plenty of buses trams n metro .

Property was clean. Check in was seamless. Only thing was check in at 4pm was a bit late. So after I arrived I had to wheel my suitcases to a cafe with great difficulty until someone could meet me for check in.

Die Lage in Lissabon war sehr gut. Das Haustürschloss klemmte regelmäßig, so dass sie häufig offen war oder man beim Nachbarn klingeln musste, um ins Haus zu kommen. Die Wohnung war schon stark abgewohnt und bei Bezug nur unzureichend sauber. Waschbecken und Badewanne (Dusche) liefen schwer ab, so dass es immer einen Stau gab. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Ein Safe wäre bei offener Haustür und wenig sicher erscheinender Wohnungstür notwendig, statt Hinweises bei Einzug, man solle aufpassen.

Lisbon in May/June

Our apartment was clean and spacious.Don't be too concerned with the appearance of some of the streets and buildings - interiors are fine and the locales safe. Lisbon is a fantastic place with so much to see and enjoy. Spent a week there and could have stayed longer. Good, inexpensive transportation allowed us to easily visit Cascais and Carcavelos for beach days.Try to get on a train from Cais do Sodre early if you want a seat. Also had day out in Sintra - catch the train from Rossio station. Castel Sao Jorge was a highlight, atop a hill in Alfama for great views. Tram 28 is overcrowded and overrated - walk if you can. Excellent galleries and museums - personal favourite was Museu Coleção Berardo,between the Belem tower and the monastery of Jeronimos, a great timeline of modern art from 1900 to the present day displayed in a terrific new building.

Avoid this apartment!!!!!

The hotel is located on a steep slope where no taxi can reach so it was hard for us as we had big heavy luaguges. The hotel is very old, dusty and damp. We washed clothes and put it on a portable heater (only 1 provided and got us freezing at night!) to dry, the clothes were still damped after 3 days! The moist environment of the apartment made us feel very uncomfortable and the floor was disgusting after a day as it was damped and dusty! Last but not least, we were told to pay the tax of €12 on the first day of arrival however we did not have enough cash at the time, only €10 was paid. The staff asked us to pay the outstanding €2 the next day but we forgot to leave the money on the table before we went out. Then the staff insisted we need to settle the payment on that day ( the second day) when we were staying there for 4days! So he got us to change our plan and come back in the middle of the day just to pay the €2 when we were 1.5 hours from the hotel! But seriously is just €2! Why could not they let us pay on the 3rd dat or the day after? It was an very unpleasant stay and would not recommend to anyone!

Clean, local, but no safety in case of fire

The check-in was great and the woman who let us into the flat was really helpful and friendly. The only thing that drags down the experience for us was that we noticed there was no smoke detector in the apartment, and when we pointed this out Linc failed us in several ways. First they said they knew about it, that the previous detector had been faulty (why let the apartment out then?) and that a new one was going be installed the following Monday - but we saw no sign of there having been a smoke detector installed anywhere in the apartment which led us to believe they were lying to us. Come Monday we only got a message saying that they had had a meeting about the safety of the apartment building and that there was a smoke detector in the house. I checked when we came back to the building - there definitely was no smoke detector anywhere to be found. I pointed this out to Linc, and then got a fairly rude response. As we were living on the third floor and I had my children with me the safety of the apartment was very important. But Linc did not take this seriously. So, for this, unfortunately, the review I'll is 3/5. The location was however good, the facilities in the apartment were excellent. We did lack a coffee table though and had to use the bedside tables when sitting in the living room. If safety in case of a fire isn't that important to you, or you bring your own smoke detector, then I would recommend the place.

Bra läge med nära till mycket. Rymlig lägenhet, + för tvätt- och diskmaskin. Väldigt lyhört till trapphus, störde dock inte då det var ett lugnt område. Lite för kallt i lägenheten (november).

I wouldn’t stay here again ...

The hotel room itself was a small apartment with hardly any windows or natural light. Furthermore, it did not have any air conditioning and was uncomfortably warm. The management also leaves much to be desired. Without going into too much detail, I was so upset by the entire experience that I simply booked another hotel stay.
