Great Hotel

The room was very nice and big. Very clean and a short walk to the train station and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation, including getting us a reservation which was required. I would easily stay there again. And the breakfast buffet was very good too.

Jewel of a small hotel.

Plane cancelled. Got in late and they got us setup in our room right away. Help getting cars to and from Lisbon. Great location close to trains and tour buses. Great breakfast.

A nice visit to Sintra

The staff, particularly Therese, were amazingly gracious and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and a pleasant walk to the old town. There are several good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Our only wish was for a brighter light in the bathroom.

This hotel was great. My family and I had a wonderful stay. They were accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff had great recommendations. Our only complaint would be that there was no internet in the rooms, and the technician only came on Mondays (we were there Wednesday-Saturday.) Since both my husband and I were working while there, it meant that we had to take turns working in the business area and being in the room while our toddler slept.

Nice stay

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was great especially the pastries. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good. Plenty of places to eat. Best to book a taxi to the palace through hotel. Stayed 3 nights and saw all the sites. Town seems safe. We were upgraded to the Boutique hotel as the Bliss seemed to be closed.

Amazing staff but rock hard beds.

Amazing front desk staff who gives a 5 star service when it come to recommendations etc. Unfortunately their beds could be improved with adding an additional mattress since they are now are pretty much rock hard, if you problem with your back I would be concerned staying here for longer periods.

Clean and comfortable for a short stay

Stayed one night in Sintra and this modern hotel was just right, being close to the station. It's about 15 minutes walk into the historic part of Sintra but there are good restaurants close by. The room was spotless, comfy bed and efficient shower and Aircon but overall, a bit small for more than a couple of nights. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and all the staff we encountered were cheerful and helpful. The coffee machine from our room was missing, but we were able to use one in the breakfast area.

Very clean and nice hotel!

Super satisfied, clean and nice! Quiet rooms, exceptional good beds. Felt super refreshed in the morning, I did not wake up even once during the night. A rare occurrence. Breakfast was nice and quite buried, friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good next to the train station. The lady Teresa in the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All in all we recommend this hotel. Give Sintra a few days, nice place with lots to see!

Not working.

Nothing was working. Safe, not working. Wifi, not working at all. Breakfast, they ran out of everything in 30 mins and didn’t have any more. No shampoos, conditioners or lotion. Just a bed. Location was ok. No parking. You pay for things they do not provide. Very sad.

Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay, but unfortunately we were given room 4 which was right next to the Reception desk and front door. We could hear everyone enter and exit the building and every casual conversation with the Receptionist, so presumably they could hear us talking as well. Bed was ok, but no tea tray with kettle/cups/tea and coffee as in the photos. We were given a kettle from the kitchen when we asked, with paper cups (!) and then that was swapped out for a coffee maker, but still paper cups. Convenient for the station and the breakfast was good, but would not book here again if we returned.

Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!
