I couldn’t check in. There was an overbooking problem . I was reimbursed about 75% of the amount charged by Expedia at The Hotel . A total mess for a rainy Friday night late check-in . Hope Expedia send me an apology and return my Funds . I was forced to make a new reservation / Check-in at 11:00 pm in other Hotel, obviously make an overseas call to Expedia wasn’t a choice. Terrible

Very charming!

Charm of Cascais is a fantastic boutique hotel. Its wonderful very serviceminded staff offers great personal service. The room, pool area and public spaces are luxurious and comfortable. The food is lovely and very tasty. We had a wonderful holiday at Charm of Cascais!

Lovely Guest House

Lovely guest house. Clean, comfortable and a nice pool and shared living space. Very friendly and kind staff. I unfortunately had a stomach bug while staying but everyone was very understanding and took good care of me. Made a poorly day mid-holiday much better than it could have been. Thanks again to all the staff.

This is a lovely hotel. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The service is spectacular. Andrea and the staff were amazingly attentive but never intrusive. Just a delight overall. Would highly recommend the Charm for a stay in beautiful Cascais. One of the highlights of our trip!

The Charm if Cascais is really a Jewel!

Wonderful find in Cascais. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk to the town or to the local restaurants. Ruy and Susannah are fabulous hosts and the staff are amazing. Food was excellent! Highly recommend!

We stayed at this amazing guesthouse for only 2 nights but wish it could have been longer. The gracious hosts and their staff are so welcoming (as are Ton Ton, Toti and Minie!) and go out of their way to look after your every need, without you needing to ask. Our room was spacious and immaculate with super comfortable beds. Delicious breakfasts with a lovely variety of foods are presented in the elegant dining room. We would highly recommend this most charming guesthouse and hope to go back one day ourselves.

Great stay ,Suzanne charming & very welcoming Breakfast wonderful with lots of choice Wi-fi could have been better Only downside the traditional home cooked meal overpriced for dried bony cod fish , on checkout tried to charge an extra €10 due to be on his new brochure ! Did not take kindly to my refusal to pay more than quoted ! 20 minute walk into pretty Cascais & harbour

Boa estadia

Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos. Bom café da manhã, quarto confortável, porém a água da banheira saía suja, cor de ferrugem, embora tenhamos pago mais caro por esse quarto, não a utilizamos. Não tem elevador, e como já estávamos em final de viagem, as malas muito pesadas tiveram que ser carregadas pela escada. Não tem estacionamento e tivemos a sorte de achar uma única vaga na calçada em frente.
